Why do we have surveys?

Due to the very nature of online learning, it is very easy to adapt to what learners need and want.  But unless we know what learners need and want, we can't provide that relevant training.  One method that we use to determine what learners need and want is the survey.

You will be asked to complete a survey at the end of your online course.  This is a very valuable tool for the providers of the online course.  It tells them not only what they are doing right but what they can do better.  Just as you need feedback to be an effective learner, we need feedback to be effective providers of learning.

Please make sure that when you are asked to complete a survey about the course that you do so.  We greatly appreciate the time you take to complete it and the thought that you put behind your comments.
