ESOL Basics

Do you need to know the basics of ESOL instruction? Through this dynamic, hands-on course, you will learn:

• characteristics of how adults learn languages,
• effective methods of teaching languages,
• the basics of teaching the four language skills, and
• lesson planning techniques.

The learning activities of ESOL Basics demonstrate the principles and latest methodologies for working with adult English language learners. Participants will enjoy learning about teaching through their active involvement in the workshop’s activities.
