Workplace Essential Skills

As a result of the one-day WES Instructor Training workshop, you will be able to: Use Workplace Essential Skills to prepare your students for success in the workplace. Describe how the multimedia components fit together to create an integrated adult learning system. Design a delivery system that meets the needs of adult learners not previously served by traditional programs. Customize a delivery system and content to meet individual program and learner needs. Help students see how the WES skills they are learning can be used in the workplace, in the community, and at home.
