This Capacity Assessment Grid will help program managers to:

• Identify particular areas of program capacity that are strong; and those that are in need of strengthening
• Measure changes in a program’s capacity over time
• Draw out different views within an organization regarding its capacity; different responses to the grid among staff, teachers, advisory Board or Board Members, and funders. This can start a valuable conversation.
