Need Help?

Welcome to our website. While we are working to update the website and make it more accessible, we understand that you may occasionally have problems accessing the information you want. If you have any questions that aren't covered in the topics below, please send us an email and we will respond as soon as we possibly can.

I get an error on a page that was previously available on your site.

Please email us to let us know what link is broken, and we will do our best to either fix it or redirect you to the new location of the page. Thank you for your patience!

"Why do I see a message about my browser not being compliant with web standards?"

Our site has been built to comply with web standards established by the World Wide Web Consortium and to meet accessibility guidelines established by Section 508. Compliance with these standards will not only insure that our site is usable across different platforms, but will also help to improve the load time and accessibility of the site. If you are using an older browser (such as Netscape 4 or Internet Explorer 4), you will still be able to access our content, but you will not have the aesthetic benefit of our stylesheet. Upgrading your browser to a more current version isn't required, but we would recommend doing so at some point. Listed below are some options for various platforms:

"What is Adobe Acrobat reader? Why do I need it? Where can I get it?"

Adobe Acrobat reader is an application that will allow you to view portable document files (PDFs). Many of the resources on our site are published in this format because it allows for easy printing from any computer that has Acrobat reader installed. The reader software is free and available from Adobe's website for a number of different operating systems.
